AMC without Parts (Annual Maintenance Contract)
This contract focuses on regular preventive maintenance, where our skilled service engineer will inspect and service your equipment once every two months (quarterly for smaller entry-level printers). Moreover, you have the flexibility to log an unlimited number of service calls/complaints with our Help Desk, ensuring prompt assistance from a qualified service engineer within 4 working hours.
Under the AMC contract, all labor-related costs for maintaining your office printers are covered at no extra charge. However, any necessary spare parts/consumables will be separately quoted with preferential rates.
The duration of this contract is one year, with the option for renewal, and is highly favored among our clientele.
AMC with Parts
Similar to the AMC without Parts contract, this agreement also encompasses routine preventive maintenance. However, it goes a step further by including free replacement of all spare parts. Note that consumables such as toner/ink and items with a rated life (e.g., drum, fixing assembly, developer, etc.) are not included and will incur separate charges.
Printer Maintenance
Our printer maintenance contracts, including spare parts, are designed assuming reasonable usage and proper care of the machine. Any damages resulting from tampering, misuse, negligence, fire, etc., will not be covered under this agreement.
Similar to the other contracts, the duration of this printer maintenance contract is one year and can be renewed based on your needs.
