Issue:
Optional Printing System device error Object: Printing System 15 (for 120V, 230V and 240V)
Solution:
- Reset the Main Power
- Issue: The EEPROM is not functioning correctly.
- Solution: Turn off both the power switch and the main power switch. Wait for 5 seconds, then turn both switches back on.
- Inspect the Interface PWB
- Issue: An interface PWB from another model is installed.
- Solution: Replace it with the correct interface PWB for the specific model.
- Reference: Follow the Printing System Installation Guide.
- Upgrade Main Firmware
- Issue: The current main firmware version does not support the interface PWB.
- Solution: Update the main firmware to the latest version.
- Reference: Follow the Firmware Upgrade procedure.
- Check the Interface PWB Connections
- Issue: The interface PWB is either not connected properly or is defective.
- Solution: Reconnect the interface PWB connectors. Repair or replace any damaged wires, especially if they are pinched by other parts. If the problem persists, replace the interface PWB.

- Inspect the Main PWB Connections
- Issue: The main PWB is either not connected properly or is defective.
- Solution: Reconnect the wire connectors between the main PWB and the interface PWB. Repair or replace any damaged wires, especially if they are pinched by other parts. If the issue remains unresolved, replace the main PWB.
